NEW UPDATE!!!: CAMPAIGN SUBMISSION AND ACCEPTANCE STEPS

NEW FLOW FOR CAMPAIGN SUBMISSION AND PAYMENT

Steps and Options for Submitting to a Campaign

Option 1: Draft This feature allows you as an artist to create a submission as a draft and return to complete it anytime until the campaign has expired. Campaigns expire once they move from upcoming to active. When a campaign expires a draft submission will be deleted.

Option 2: Resubmit This feature allows artists to receive requests from influencers to resubmit an expired submission. If the artist chooses to resubmit this will move straight to Accepted and the artist will be charged immediately.

Option 3: Accepted Influencer accepts the submission.

Option 4: Declined Influencers can reject song submissions rather than leaving them as pending until they expire when the campaign goes live.

Glossary
Pending - Submitted to Influencer and waiting for acceptance/refusal.
Expired - Submitted but the Influencer didn’t accept/refuse after 7 days of submitting it.

Steps for Payments After Submitting

Step 1: Stripe In order for submissions to be successfully accepted, artists must connect their debit or credit card to their Breakr profile. You can add your card on file under the "Payment History" tab of your dashboard.

Step 2: Create Campaign Submission and click Confirm payment and Submit

Your credit card will have a hold equal to the campaign amount and will be placed on your card for a maximum of 7 days. If the influencer hasn’t accepted/rejected the submission after 7 days, your payment will be returned. Payments will also be returned if the submission is rejected before the 7 days are up.
